The SU Client Services Centre is the first port of call for enquiries and support. Please feel free to call 021 808 9111 or email info@sun.ac.za. Please note that the Client Services Centre is temporarily based in the Inorganic Chemistry building in Bosman Street (directly opposite Huis Marais) due to the refurbishment of Admin A.
If you have any additional queries on your assessment venues, please send an email to the Assessment Office: stbexams@sun.ac.za.
For assessment concession queries — including new emergency concession requests — please send an email to the Disability Unit: concessions@sun.ac.za.
Students can access their assessment concession letters via the SUNStudent portal. Refer to page 7 of the Access Exam Timetable and Concession Letter? for directions.
