A2 and A3 assessments at Stellenbosch 肆客足球

?Stellenbosch 肆客足球 recognises that assessment is an integral part of learning and teaching. In its Assessment Policy, assessment is described as the “systematic evaluation of students' abilities to demonstrate their having achieved the learning goals set for a curriculum (CHE, 2016:2)". This can include a variety of tasks, products, outputs or competencies used to gather evidence and compare the students' performance against the set assessment criteria and outcomes.?

It is each student's own responsibility to ensure that they understand each aspect of assessments at Stellenbosch 肆客足球, and timeously take note of the information provided.

  • This assessments webpage provides information specific to the undergraduate A2 and A3 assessments scheduled and administered centrally by the Assessment Administration, Academic records and Graduation Office (AARGO) on the Stellenbosch campus, further referred to as the Assessment Office. This group includes students in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences who also write their assessments on the Stellenbosch campus.
  • Arrangements for campus-specific assessments are communicated by the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, the Faculty of Military Medicine and the entities of the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences on the Bellville Park campus.
  • Other assessments — for example A1, AF and A4 — are scheduled and administered by a module’s home department or centre. Students should liaise with their lecturers in this regard.
  • Refer to Section 4 (Assessment periods) on page 38 in the Yearbook 2025, Part 1 (General rules) for further details on the respective assessment periods.
