???The department holds regular research seminars where visitors, staff and postgraduate students present current research. All of the research seminars are followed by refreshments in the Department and an opportunity to socialise.
Departmental Research Seminar
Local and international visitors as well as departmental staff present their current research at the Research Seminars. These are normally scheduled for alternate Tuesdays at 17h00 in the departmental library (Arts Building 332). ?

15 August has excitingly become a double billing. As well as Dr Matthew Shelton's paper on Madness in Xenophon, Professor Mark Bradley, currently visiting UCT from Nottingham, will present, intriguingly, on Roman Noses.
To fit both papers in, our usual seminar time will be moved forward, to 16:30, in 332 and online via Teams (at this link?) as usual, and we expect to finish around 18.30.
