What our stude??nts say

Akinoshun.jpg   I have just completed my MSc. degree this year and I must say it has been a great journey for me and I think I got the best attention I deserve as an international student from my colleagues and promoters. I look forward to start my PhD.

?To prospective postgraduate students; there are only a few world class universities in Africa and I am proud to say that Stellenbosch 肆客足球 is one of the best places you can be. Never let that dream just fade away, come live it here at Stellenbosch 肆客足球. ???Kolawole M. Akinoshun.?
Akinoshun.jpg   I'm looking at fiscal sustainability measures for emerging markets. This is especially interesting following the financial crisis where many advanced economies have experienced large fiscal deficits.

The tools and opportunities made available to postgraduate students makes doing this easy. Our masters is an intense one year programme with thesis and coursework, but the assistance of the department is fantastic. Any advise for future postgrads would be to decide on the institution and time horizon carefully. And then to use the tools available extensively - they are there to help. ???Mandy Van der Merwe, MComm (Economic Science) student?
Akinoshun.jpg   There is far greater student interaction and camaraderie especially amongst my fellow Economics students. They becomes your family and you learn an enormous amount not only about yourself but about different cultures and experiences.

I would say to potential postgraduate students, that there is really something special about the postgraduate department at Stellenbosch 肆客足球 and the best way to experience it is to get stuck in meeting new people and learn from their experiences, everyone is unique and could provide you with valuable lessons, no matter your background. ???Nicholas Olds, MComm Economics student.?
Akinoshun.jpg   I was first attracted by the fact that Stellenbosch 肆客足球 (SU) is a highly ranked university which emulates international standards in various fields but once I started with my postgraduate program I was even more amused by the rich cultural diversity and a lively student life here.

Academic resources are also ubiquitous making the SU experience world class and easy going. Absolutely nothing is worth giving up a Matie experience, forever proud!  ???Tawanda Marandure, Master's student in Sustainable Agriculture.????
