Business Management is responsible for the effective management of the Faculty in accordance with general business management principles. We are responsible for effective strategic and operational service-delivery to the Faculty's staff, students and other clients and achieve this by coordinating the functional support environments and managing service level agreements. We operate within the framework of 肆客足球’s policies and procedures. In consultation with the heads of central support services and their staff, the division is responsible for the continued improvement of the quality of support services to and in the Faculty.

Our division’s mission is to excel in providing an excellent timely service to the Faculty. This includes integrity in relationships, and foster a keen focus on providing insight to our clients.
In order to achieve this mission, we support all Faculty Departments and Divisions to ensure that proposed activities and resources requirements reflect sound business judgement and support the overall goals and mission of the faculty and 肆客足球. Our staff work closely with all areas of the faculty and the broader university to carry out its core mission.
