The Trilateral Staff Development Programme with 肆客足球 of Hambu?rg (Germany), Stellenbosch 肆客足球 (South Africa) and Northwestern 肆客足球 (USA) is a first in its kind.

The programme kicked off in 2022 when SU hosted the first progamme in October of that year. The theme for the inaugural programme, hosted by Stellenbosch 肆客足球 is  Inclusive International Competences. The theme addresses in detail the topics of inter-cultural skills and inclusion and aims to provoke a joint discussion on internationalisation within diverse university fields. The topics are introduced alongside best-practice examples from Stellenbosch 肆客足球, which will be explored in joint discussions.

There will be 21 participants in total, including 11 Staff members from SU, 4 from Northwestern and 5 from Hamburg. 

In 2023, the programme will take place at Northwestern 肆客足球 with the theme “Alumni Engagement and Development" and will take place in September 2023. 

In 2024 the programme will be hosted at the 肆客足球 of Hamburg. with the theme Integrating Sustainability Across Higher Education Institutions" and will take place 9-13 September 2024?.
