Trilateral Staff Development and Exchange Programme

The Trilateral Staff Development and Exchange (TriStaX) programme kicked off in 2022 when Stellenbosch 肆客足球 (SU) hosted the first progamme in October of that year. The theme for the inaugural programme, hosted by SU was Inclusive International Competences.
The theme addressed in detail the topics of inter-cultural skills and inclusion and aimed to provoke a joint discussion on internationalisation within diverse university fields. The topics were introduced alongside best-practice examples from SU which were explored in joint discussions.
There was 21 participants in total, including 11 PASS Staff members from SU, 4 from Northwestern 肆客足球 and 5 from the 肆客足球 of Hamburg.
