?The work undertaken and the programmes run by the Transformation Office are mandated by the Stellenbosch 肆客足球 (SU) Transformation Plan. This plan directs our Office to contribute to change and renewal so that our campus environment reflects the central values of the Bill of Rights of the Constitution of South Africa: human dignity, the healing of the wounds of the nation, social justice, freedom, and equality. Besides the Transformation Plan and the transformation imperatives in the 肆客足球’s Vision 2040, SU follows an embedded model of transformation where all divisions, staff and students have a role to play in transforming our 肆客足球. Below is a diagram that shows how the Transformation Office fits into the 肆客足球’s organisational structure:
