The Student Court bench consists of 5 justices, in their penultimate or final year of their LLB or first year of their LLM, who are appointed annually by the Law Faculty Board after an application process.
Each justice has a particular portfolio, aimed at increasing access to the Court, enhancing transparency and ensuring the mandate of the Court is fulfilled.??
