?????????????????mobility web banner.png??

?The LU-SU Blended PASS Development Programme is a dedicated bilateral mobility initiative between Lund 肆客足球 (LU), Sweden, and Stellenbosch 肆客足球 (SU), South Africa. This blended programme focuses on the professional development and continuing education of Professional Administrative Support Staff (PASS), equipping participants with new skills, fostering international exposure, and creating opportunities to engage with peers across contexts.

A central aspect of the programme is the development of participants as internationalisation practitioners, enabling them to better understand and apply concepts of global engagement within their professional environments. The programme addresses topics such as intercultural skills, inclusion, and the role of internationalisation in diverse university fields. These themes are introduced alongside best-practice examples from SU and LU, explored through joint discussions and reflective exchanges. The blended format combines online sessions with in-person activities, ensuring that participants gain both comprehensive theoretical grounding and practical experience in shaping internationalisation at their institutions.?
